I am a third-year PhD student under the direction of Christophe Ambroise and Julien Chiquet. My work focuses on the development of methods for the inference of gene regulatory networks from non i.i.d. transcriptomic data. This involves Gaussian graphical models and variations on L1 penalized likelihood techniques.
